About the Perry for President Movement
Perry for President is a cat roots movement by animals and humans alike who have lost confidence in the current administration and the way it's handled the United States and its citizens. The Perry campaign recognizes that there are many citizens living in America today that are not represented. Humans have too long taken the specie-centric view that they are the only creature that counts.
Perry Tenitiss wants to take back America and use straight talking, truth and common sense to set our country back on its feet. Perry's ideas, as expressed in his blogs over the last two years, cover the a wide variety of problems Americans are dealing with today. His answers offered over that time have since been picked up by several of the candidates, most notably Barak Obama.
Perry's support base comes not only from animals and animal rights groups but from humans as well. More and more they are saying, "These candidates are crazy, I'm voting for Perry!" | History of the Campaign
Putting out feelers as early as December 2006, Perry declared his candidacy in April, 2007. That same day President Bush felt the pressure to sign into law the Animal Protection Act, the same law under which Michael Vick was convicted.
